Cancellation requests will be accepted within a three-hour window from the time of purchase. To cancel an order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In certain circumstances, we may be able to modify an order after the initial three-hour period. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Kindly provide your order number and specify the desired modifications. We will confirm the changes once they have been processed.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Additionally, it should be accompanied by the original packaging (or something similar) and any included accessories.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number along with the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to safeguard your shipment.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, we will issue a full store credit code that can be used on our website or at our St Kilda Studio.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives with any faults or damage, please contact us at email@example.com. Kindly provide your order number and include photos/videos showcasing the issue. We will promptly ship you a replacement item at no additional cost.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom orders
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
Furthermore, we reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the aforementioned criteria.
