Refund Policy
Cancellation
Cancellation requests will be accepted within a three-hour window from the time of purchase. To cancel an order, please send an email to contact@aesthetics-home.com.
In certain circumstances, we may be able to modify an order after the initial three-hour period. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@aesthetics-home.com. Kindly provide your order number and specify the desired modifications. We will confirm the changes once they have been processed.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return items due to change of their mind.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Additionally, it should be accompanied by the original packaging (or something similar) and any included accessories.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at contact@aesthetics-home.com and provide your order number along with the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at contact@aesthetics-home.com with the details below and we will proceed with next steps for your occasion.

- Photo or video of item
- Photo of your shipping label that you received
*Please be aware that scratches resulting from courier handling, particularly on steel furniture, may occasionally occur despite our best efforts and are beyond our control.
Important Notice: All our rugs are carefully made to measure by our supplier. In accordance with the applicable regulations (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), these customized items are not eligible for the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be refunded. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before confirmation to ensure your complete satisfaction.
As such, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for items with minor manufacturing defect, as they do not affect the functionality of the item. For items made of wood and steel materials, we recommend using a wood stain pen or scratch remover for steel, as scratches may naturally occur over time.
Exceptions
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom orders
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
Furthermore, we reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the aforementioned criteria.
